Camera-ready copy preferred. Deadline for submissions of hard-copy ads is Monday October 9, 2023. Deadline for digital ads only, will be accepted until Wednesday October 11, 2023.

This event will be “eco-friendly”. To limit our use of paper, we will only provide copies of the program book in hard-copy form as requested in advance. If you “opt out” the program/ad book will only be available in digital format and accessible through the use of our QR code.
